We have someone in the House of Lords, who is interested in this issue and has agreed to have his name used when, with your prior written permission, we pass on these to the relevant authorities. If you do wish to give us your permission please put this at the top under the heading 'Permission' as we will assume no permission unless you do this.

If you wish to discuss the matter with Stephanie Trotter first, please put that at the top and she will do her best to get back to you ideally by telephone as it's easier to discuss that way. However, Stephanie can be very busy especially in the winter.
